We repair steel cylinders by boring and honing the cylinder to except an oversized piston.

 

for 2 stroke engines this includes chamfering of ports

Boring and honing for big bore  2.0mm+ (4 stroke $90.00) (2 stroke $90.00)

 

We repair NIKASIL (nickel silicon carbide), ELECTRO FUSION & CHROME Cylinders  by stripping and re plating cylinder $190+

 We are the only ones that offer a lifetime warranty on our plated cylinders.

 

 NOTE: prices do not include boring, welding or  removing studs and power-valve assemblies

           CYLINDER  SLEEVING: 

          We repair heavily damaged cylinders by machining cylinder and installing a high performance sleeve that can be bored to either stock or oversized for a big bore piston.

We can also custom make cylinder sleeves for vintage or big bore cylinders Call for prices.

 

We use nothing but the best high performance pistons and sleeves .
